If you collect subscribers using your own forms or integrations (rather than BetterMail’s built-in forms), you are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that all subscribers are collected in line with industry best practices and the requirements outlined in the Terms and Anti-Spam Policy.

• Preventing any type of abuse or unauthorized use when collecting new subscribers through your own generated API key.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination in accordance with our Terms.
